when browsing with devhelp the help books installed the one on Cairo is shown
with no title, you only get to see that it is about cairo when you actually
select that item and the main page is shown on the right side of the window.

I have a patch that should fix this...

This should now be fixed in HEAD, although I have not yet verified it.  I will
try to verify this tonight.

Move bugs against "cvs" version to "0.9.3" so we can remove the "cvs" version.
