Problem description: 
When I open a new (empty) document through right-click/New/Open Document Text, instead of creating an empty new document, LO opens an existing document already created, always the same. This "bug" appeared with Ooo, which I uninstalled through Windoxs 7 panel, plus suppressing the C/Users/User's name/AppData/Roaming/OpenOffice dossier.
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior:
Opens an existing file through right-click 
Expected behavior:
Creates a new, empty file

This is a Windows issue (at least on MacOS X, I don't even get such a right-click option, and I don't want it at all ;-), therefore changed the Platform field.

Improved summary a bit to make the problem visible.

Could you please try (and report here) if this is still a problem with a current version of LibreOffice, i.e. 3.5.3 or better? Thank you very much!
