Description pichorracnc 2011-10-08 11:31:34 UTC
What is happening:

- When i save a document in Excel 2003 Format (XLS) it forget the PrintRange.

Target: Save the document WITH the PrintRange.

Step to Reproduce:

 1. Create a Excel 2003 Format Document.
 2. Define a PrintRange
 3. Use Print Visualisation. It looks normal
 4. Save it
 5. Restart LibreOffice (Close, then open the Document Agan)
 6. Use Print Visualisation agan. The settings that was done simple disappears.

It Happens in all Version of LibreOffice. When i save it in Office 2007 format, it works nice (the printrange was saved with the document).

I just noticed the printrange is there, but somehow it isn't loaded by Calc.
Comment 2 pichorracnc 2011-10-09 16:41:43 UTC
If the Printrange is defined by Microsoft Excel, the printrange still in the document, but if libreoffice open it, then you save it, LibreOffice will forget to load it. I don't know if re-loading it in Microsoft Excel it will read the PrintRange Again.

Talking about XLS export, this issue is (at least at the surface) a Calc issue, therefore changed the 'Component' field accordingly.
