Attached is a .zip file with the problematic .docx-file and a working one I converted to .doc with Zamzar online converter.

But there is rectangles instead of practically all images.

I don't reproduce the pb (since I'm on pc Debian X86-64 and it seems to be only for Windows) but I've got these specific messages on console :

Reproducible with LO3.4.4 and with LOdev 3.5 Beta2, both on WinXP. The file opens without any error in Word2010.

Besides the missing text parts the header and footer are not imported correctly. They should have several lines.

Opening in OOo3.3 shows all text and correct header and footer, but some pictures are missing.

Seems to be Window only bug.

The .docx opens perfectly in LO 3.5.2
