Display Driver: radeon 6.14.99, 
OpenGL: 2.1, Mesa 7.11-rc4, Gallium 0.4

Steps to Reproduce:
===================

1) Install phoronix test suite from the attachment http://phoronix-test-suite.com/releases/repo/pts.debian/files/phoronix-test-suite_3.4.0_all.deb   and resolve any dependency related to PHP with synaptic

2) Install x11perf with
    phoronix-test-suite install-test x11perf

3) Run 
   phoronix-test-suite run x11perf

Select:

1:  500px PutImage Square


Observation: Desktop corruption observed (Screenshot attached)

Is this a regression?  If so, when was the last time it worked properly?

The screenshot isn't very clear, but I'd say this looks like bug 33929.

The issue is observed on two Asics 1) CypressXT  2) WhistlerLP and the issue is NOT reproduced for the following Asics 1) NI Barts Pro 2) NI Turks Pro 3) EG Parks XT etc for the same build

Assuming this is a duplicate. Current xf86-video-ati Git only enables tiling by default on fixed X servers.
