Bugzilla still uses old Workflow statuses, but Help is for "New Default Status Workflow" <http://www.bugzilla.org/releases/4.0/release-notes.html#v40_feat>

Yes, it comes from the bugzilla installation. I don't think we want to change to the new status flow as it will lose some information for historical bugs, at least not unless all project agree to switch to the new flow.

I'm marking this as wontfix until somebody comes up with a doc patch.
