Description Owen Taylor 2011-10-28 13:23:52 UTC
The wm-spec specification is still in CVS at:

 http://webcvs.freedesktop.org/icccm-extensions/wm-spec/

Would it be possible to get:

 git://git.fishsoup.net/wm-spec

(unmodified latest version, converted with git-cvsimport - it's a simple repository, so that seems fine)

Imported as:

 xdg/wm-spec

With my account (otaylor) having write access to it?

Thanks!

Vincent Untz suggested that we should just import it into the xdg-specs module:

 https://mail.gnome.org/archives/wm-spec-list/2011-October/msg00008.html

Makes sense to me, so then I just need commit access to xdg/xdg-specs.

I don't really care one way or the other. Vincent, please decide how you want it done.
Comment 3 Vincent Untz 2011-11-09 09:02:34 UTC
I have a slight preference for using the existing xdg-specs repo. And I'm supporting giving Owen commit rights to it in all cases.

I've added otaylor to the standards group now.
Comment 5 Owen Taylor 2011-11-09 12:48:29 UTC
Thanks, I've pushed an import of the wm-spec repository into xdg-specs
