tested in 3.5.2.2 on Fedora 64 bit English locale of LO,
3.4.3 and 3.5.1 on Windows XP, Russian locale of LO,
3.5.1 on Windows XP, Spanish locale of LO

Try use ";" instead of ",". Comma is decimal delimiter for most European countries. Therefore comma not allowed for separate arguments. 
In original report was PROMEDIO(K3:K93)

So after asking help on testing from the Spanish l10n team, this is not reproducible with 4.0.5.2. I'm closing the bug as worksforme. Jose Antonio, if you still meet problems with this function, please join the user mailing list on http://es.libreoffice.org/ and somebody will reopen the bug in English with more information. Sophie
