s-video out failure on x850xt-pe radeon graphoics card
post and grub appear in s-video output to tv but when xserver starts the screen goes blank and xserver defaults to only giving output through the vga and dvi ports depending on which one is connected.

xrandr anso reports that the s-video is not connected even when it clearly is.

TV-out isn't working on r4xx chips at the moment.
