patch to add hztg_escape option

Typical Japanese keyboard models have Zenkaku_Hankaku key on the position where Escape key is usually present on US keyboards.  So, quite a few people have custom Xmodmap file to make the key as additional Escape.  It would be handy for users if the setting can be done with an XKB option.
