Description Giovanni Campagna 2011-12-13 09:29:05 UTC
(I don't know if this is the right place for such a request, but I didn't find a better place).

I'd like to request an amendment to the icon-naming-spec, to include the following names to the Action category:
- package-install
- package-remove
- package-update

These icons represent the same actions as seen in a package manager, and could be used in a history view, as well as icons for action buttons.
They're different from system-software-install/system-software-update, that instead represent the application doing installations/updates. Also, they're different from application-x-package, which represents a package file and not an action.

The name were chosen because I'm told the Humanity icon theme already has icons with that name. I'm not sold to them, though.

Sorry for the noise, reassigning to new (since 2 years) maintainers (Ryan & David).
