Description David King 2011-12-17 14:54:26 UTC
To insert a hyperlink, the help section states that one must first "1. Display the HyperlinkBar by choosing View - Toolbars - Hyperlink Bar."

however, when clicking on the View Menu, then toolbars, there is no option for Hyperlink Bar.

So how does one display the hyperlink bar or just enter a hyperlink?

The help section is either wrong, or the hyperlink option is missing from the software.

3.4 does no longer have that toolbar, so Help is wrong.

[Reproducible] with "LibreOffice 3.4.5 RC1 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) English UI [Build ID: OOO340m1 (Build:501)]", Search Help for "Inserting Hyperlinks" shows a third topic "Inserting Hyperlinks", double click shows the wrong text "1. Display the Hyperlink Bar by choosing View - Toolbars - Hyperlink Bar."

No longer reproducible with Parallel Dev-Installation of "LibreOffice 3.5.0 Beta1 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) English UI [Build-ID: 7362ca8-b5a8e65-af86909-d471f98-61464c4] Windows_Release_Configuration 11-Dec-2011 06:51"
