extension box with overlapping form elements

During an extension installation with errors, the extension box content is blinking.
And the form elements on the bottom are unlined.

Please add a extension, which cause a error.
If so, set the status to unconfirmed

The attached image shows a screenshot while installing the MySQL Connector 1.0.1. With the distorded extension management window.
Also after installing any other extensions, it looks like the extension-list form gets into a refresh loop and blinkers.
