Wouldn't it be nice to have the manual pages available also as online web pages?

agree; there would be a companion script to xmltoman called xmlmantohtml which does the job (Ubuntu/Debian package xmltoman); PA seems to use a slightly modified version of the xmltoman script which lives in the PA source

what's missing is a proper HTML header and maybe some CSS; good enough?
