Description _artem_ 2012-01-16 00:29:34 UTC
Every time I'm using flash player in chromium/opera flash crashes too often.
Both browser give this as error:

Assertion '!m->thread || !pa_thread_is_running(m->thread) || !in_worker(m)' failed at pulse/thread-mainloop.c:169, function pa_threaded_mainloop_lock(). Aborting.

Removing pulseaudio and using just alsa = no flash player crash

Are you running current versions of pulseaudio and alsa-plugins?
Comment 2 _artem_ 2012-02-09 04:44:34 UTC
I'm running current available versions from ArchLinux repos:

pulseaudio 1.1-2
lib32-libpulse 1.1-2
alsa-plugins 1.0.25-1

Hmm, I use Chromium quite often and I've never seen this problem. Either way it looks like flash is doing something odd with it's threads which is pretty hard to debug :(
