This happens when I enable "Inactive windows 75% transparent" for kompmgr. I 
guess it makes the xine output window 75% transparent, and then it cant show 
the movie correctly using Xv. This does not happen when I have transparency 
disabled, and also not when no compmgr is running (obviously). 
 
forward rewind in xine makes it appear as the picture gets corrupted becouse 
xine uses separate windows for controls and output. 
 
Test computer specs:  
x86, radeon 9200SE, Debian unstable (current), kernel 2.6.12-1-686-smp 
(Debian), Xorg CVS
