new document with misspelled testt

Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create any writer document and type misspelled words
2. press F7
3. get message spellcheck is complete


Current behavior:
Does not check spelling

Expected behavior:
check spelling

Platform (if different from the browser): 
 Win7 64bit
              
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1

The selected text language is 'None' [= no spellcheck].
See the attached screenshot 'text_language_none.png'.

You can select a text language [e.g.: English (USA)] 
via
- 'Tools > Language > For Selection.../For Paragraph.../For all Text...',
or
- mouse click on '[None]' in the Status Bar.

I agree with manj_k and am pretty sure that this one is a DUP of "38521 - Spell check does not work in certain circumstances"

Please feel free to reopen this Bug if you find evidence that we have an independent issue here. Before you do so please read  hints on <http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport> carefully?
Then please:
- Write a meaningful Summary describing exactly what the problem is
- Attach a sample document (not only screenshot)
- Contribute a step by step instruction containing every key press and every 
  mouse click how to reproduce your problem (and if possible how to created a 
  sample document from the scratch); you do not belive how many ways we know how 
  to "create" a new document
- add information 
  -- what EXACTLY is unexpected
  -- and WHY do you believe it's unexpected (cite Help or Documentation!)
  -- concerning your PC 
  -- concerning your OS (Version, Distribution, Language)
  -- concerning your LibO  localization (UI language, Locale setting)
  –- Libo settings that might be related to your problems 
  -- how you launch LibO and how you opened the sample document
  –- If you can contribute an OOo Issue that might be useful
  -- everything else crossing your mind after you read linked texts
