Screenshot of dialog with bad encoding

Grammar checker for russian has bad encoding.
I found a solution to the problem with the encoding.
If you are using version 1.4.3 Lightproof development framework, then
obtain a usable extension with the correct configuration dialog.
Version 1.4.4 creates files with the wrong encoding.

Simply upload my fixed files to LibreOffice 3.5 to fix encoding problem.
