Maybe not useful? Who knows. The branch also has a cleanup patch, and a patch to sort the output of `mc-tool list` which I think is probably good maybe?

I saw the subject line and thought "this will be from wjt, won't it".

Strictly speaking, printf of UTF-8 is non-portable, but I don't really care. Ship it!
