Add full DESKTOP_SESSION checking to xdg-email

I know in some cases, there may be good reason for the inconsistency, but I think they should be the same with regards to handling the DESKTOP_SESSION environment variable.

I'm using a combination of xfce components with Awesome WM, and I need to set DESKTOP_SESSION=xfce to get xdg-open to work properly. After applying this patch, xdg-email will respect the same variable. I basically just yanked and pasted from xdg-open.

In later versions of xdg-utils, you can now simply set XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=XFCE.
