In configure.ac we should check for minimum required versions of gabble and salut.

Let's do this once both Salut and Gabble plugin API changes are merged and released in a public release.

Now that the fix for bug 46245 is merged, could we please get a Gabble release, so that we could put the resulting version as required here?

I just released Salut 0.7.1, which has the prereq API. Gabble release is still pending some other stuff. Will update yts-plugins buildsys to require the correct versions of both when Gabble is released.
