The dmesg when the PCH eDP doesn't work

Bug detailed description:

The PCH eDP which is on the Eaglemont card doesn't work. The panel is just white screen. The dmesg is attached.

Pretty sure this a config problem with our SDVs & eaglemont cards.  I'll send you some docs; my add-in card doesn't even have an eDP connector so I can try it at all...

Looks like we haven't actually tested this yet; our SDVs don't support PCH eDP without some more hw.
