This is probably one to submit through the redhat bugzilla as it appears to be a security issue relating to the use of dbus and/or by dbus activation of bluetooth daemon or similar. Also PA is now at version 1.1 usptream (soon to be 2.0) so reporting bugs about an older version will typically require you to update first. I'd recommend trying Fedora 17 which will is due out soon and might address your issue. If you do report downstream to redhat, please link the bug here for reference.
