Thanks for bugreport
It formats on screen wrong or prints on printer wrong?

When I do a 'print preview', I get a page with the 'Format Page' and 'Margins' greyed out.

It would be nice if those two formatting options would be active and that the choice Portrait/Landscape would be one of the active options under 'Format Page'.

Then I could see what it looks like, and make adjustments to get everything I want to see on the preview page.

Then of course, when I click on the printer icon, the page would print out just as I have adjusted.

If I am in 'Print Preview' and go to File->Printer Settings.. and click on the Properties button and select Orientation->Landscape, then OK at the bottom..

The Print Preview stays in Portrait orientation.

If I close the Print Preview and then open it up again, the page is still in Portrait orientation. And, yes, the previously set Printer Settings.. Properties->Orientation is still at Landscape.

Here we see described in previous comment dialog. This dialog is intended only for adjusting printer settings. It not changes something in document and should not. It needed only when printer can not autodetect document orientation and user forced to use this dialog for override printer settings. If all going well, we not needed in this dialog.

IMHO into this dialog should added one line of text that warns that it intended only for emergence situations.
