Patch to update Ukrainian translation

Current Ukrainian translation is outdated. Transifex translation is disabled. Developers left no way to contribute translations other than bug reporting. Translations of KMix interface are incomplete due to this situation.

Attached is a patch to update Ukrainian translation.

Apologies for the sorry state of the i18n integration with transiflex etc. I've updated the wiki page about submissions to point people here for now, but I will try and get something more automated hooked up soon.

Applied and pushed to master now. It'll be in 2.0 due shortly.
