Description Peter D. 2005-10-09 00:25:41 UTC
When using large doublescan modes (useful for big old fixed sync monitors) the
top edge of the screen is repeated about 600 or 700 lines from the top.

It does not happen with the (even older) S3 trio 3d/2x card.

Here are some extracts from xorg.conf...

    Modeline "768x576@66d" 78.33 768 800 944 976 576 587 594 605 doublescan

Sorry about the phenomenal bug spam, guys. Adding xorg-team@ to the QA contact so bugs don't get lost in future.
Comment 2 Corbin Simpson 2011-09-14 12:42:46 UTC
xf86-video-nv has been officially unmaintained for a bit now, and we are closing all -nv bugs. If your problem was not addressed, and -nv is still broken, please try xf86-video-nouveau. Thank you.
