Looks like the adjustments to install xrender.pc is missing in lib/Xrender. It 
should be done similar to the mechanism in Xft/Xcursor. I'll attach a patch. 
But I think this patch must be reviewed. VERSION e.g. is hardcoded and there 
should be a better way to detect the current version number.
