I have changed the importance to high as this issue forces the user to either accept the correct - which is often not wanted - or to ignore the rule, which is also not wanted.

I regard this as a serious issue.

I cannot reproduce this error on x86 Linux (32-bit), either with the standard spell checking or with a languagetool extension installed for grammar checking. Could this issue be specific to Windows?
Both of your examples show grammar checking - does this issue occur for you with spell checking as well?

Seems you are using Light Proof Grammar Checker extension.
IMHO everything on your screenshots is fine - when grammar check is enabled,
then those kind of errors are detected. You can ignore it once or ignore the rule. What other operation you would like to do?

Did you install dictionaries for those languages?

I also cannot reproduce this error. If it's still a problem please give us additional information to diagnose. Marking as WORKSFORME, if you are still seeing the problem reopen as UNCONFIRMED and provide additional info
