I have changed the importance to high as this issue forces the user to either accept the correct - which is often not wanted - or to ignore the rule, which is also not wanted. I regard this as a serious issue.
I cannot reproduce this error on x86 Linux (32-bit), either with the standard spell checking or with a languagetool extension installed for grammar checking. Could this issue be specific to Windows? Both of your examples show grammar checking - does this issue occur for you with spell checking as well?
Also problem with spellchecker, it dont want to chech any language, no English , no Croatian no other, also automatic checker dont want to start!

Seems you are using Light Proof Grammar Checker extension. IMHO everything on your screenshots is fine - when grammar check is enabled, then those kind of errors are detected. You can ignore it once or ignore the rule. What other operation you would like to do?
