Kernel Log

Hi!

Using the "nouveau/linux-2.6" tree as of 2012-03-26 the drm load fails with:
nouveau: probe of 0000:01:00.0 failed with error -16

I also get the same error using a stock fedora16(-updates) kernel. I've attached a kernel log from the boot with the "nouveau/linux-2.6" kernel.

Something must have been returning an error in the initialization logic, causing the driver probe to error out. The driver has been considerably restructured since 3.3, could you see if this is still an issue in recent kernels, and if so, post the full log from that?
