Formula that fails

I have a spreadsheet that I've been using for years in which I copy a formula from one cell to another to simplify the extension of my worksheet. I have used the dollar sign to prevent specific cell references from being updated when I copy the formula. It has worked in MS Excel and in OpenOffice Calc. It no longer seems to work in LibreOffice.

Thanks for bugreport
I have tried this formula on 3.5.4 on Fedora 64 bit:
=AVERAGE($A$1:$A15)
And it works correctly. May be bug fixed?

If bug still exist, please, attach ods document that demonstrates this problem.
