Description Jürg Billeter 2005-10-20 13:35:31 UTC
As the build system of setxkbmap doesn't define DFLT_XKB_CONFIG_ROOT, the
hardcoded path /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xkb will be used which will be wrong in many
cases.

Yep.
Comment 2 Donnie Berkholz 2005-10-20 15:17:37 UTC
Fixed in CVS, thanks!
Comment 3 Christopher Yeleighton 2007-10-29 06:35:58 UTC
The problem still remains in the manual page for setxkbmap, in the FILES section.
Comment 4 Jürg Billeter 2007-10-29 06:46:13 UTC
That has been fixed in git on 2007-04-17 (see http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/app/setxkbmap/commit/?id=e1424c8c8e5c0aeeba304d20cbe7c475c701c641 ) and it's available in the 1.0.4 release.
