I would like to cross-refer to https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=55553

which suggested methods of varying the Leading between adjacent heading lines to remove unwanted white space.

This is a feature/enhancement request, therefore changed 'Importance' field to 'enhancement'.

This is similar to the contextual spacing in https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-3767 as in 3.6.

But that refers to adjacent lines of the same style - I think we need to prune/overlap spacing for dissimilar styles.  E.G. where a 'heading 2' immediately follows a 'heading 1'
