Unable to access many wp files .doc .odt files previously created with Open Office application. OS Windows 7 Professional.

Not invalid. Each time I try to open a file from Windows Explorer, I get the error message: "the requested operation requires elevation." Changing permissions has no effect. Regardless, I am the administrator and it won't let me open files. The file can only opened directly from LibreOffice.
Please read the comments. Comment 1 specifically said "please provide more info" and gave a link to some useful info. Also please don't change status' without knowing what they mean. Once you provide a good bug report (again see comment 1) set the bug back to UNCONFIRMED. Thank you.
Can you post here the exact command that is launched? (Click "Show Details" in the elevation dialog)
When ever I attempt to open ant document in Libre Office I get the message "The requested operation requires elevation."
