The zip file contains the form letter, spreadsheet, database and the PDF output.

Problem description:

A multi-page form letter with graphic lines on second page do not print for the first item in the referenced data source when it is saved as a PDF. They do appear as expected for all other items in the data source.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a form letter with two pages. On the second page, add some graphic lines. On the first page, reference an item from a data source (spreadsheet).

2. Print the form letter to a PDF.

Current behavior:

The graphic lines on the second page of a form letter do not appear for the first item in the data source. They do appear as expected for all other items in the data source.

Expected behavior:

The second page graphic lines should appear for all items in the data source.

Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0
