Problem description: Calc uses point for decimal separator instead of coma as set under option of LibreOffice portable and operating system. Fresh installation, all languages. Problem present also in previous version (3.5 - sometimes worked as should). Steps to reproduce: 1. .... 2. .... 3. .... Current behavior: Decimal separator is point "." Expected behavior: Decimal separator should be coma "," Platform (if different from the browser): Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/535.19 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/18.0.1025.162 Safari/535.19

Portable not. Document opened with installed version shows coma as decimal separator. Same document opened with portable shows point.
