Open a document that is encrypted by frase in language different from system's default. Enter wrong password. Language changed to the default. Expected: the same language as it was previously. Please, check the screenshots.

I am unable to reproduce this bug. If it's still a problem please reopen as UNCONFIRMED and give us your LibO version.
