pull the logic to write the xkb file from xkb_desc and names into libxkbcommon and just build up the new xkb_desc instead of dump+parse? (XkbWriteXKBKeymapForNames followed by xkb_compile_keymap_from_string in XkbDDXLoadKeymapByNames)
