Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a multipage document
2. Add a manual page break
3. Notice that the manual page break (indicated by a dotted line) flashes at high rate of speed

Current behavior:

manual page break  (indicated by a dotted line) flashes at high rate of speed

Expected behavior:

page break would not flash

Platform (if different from the browser): 
              
Browser: Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; U; en) Presto/2.10.229 Version/11.62

LO 3.5.5.3 
Build ID: own W7 debug build
Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit

Could not reproduce.

Also cannot confirm, marking as WORKSFORME. 

Tested on 3.6.1.2
