I don't know anything about nice's internal states so this kind of log isn't very helpful to me:

(empathy-call:399): libnice-DEBUG: Agent 0x24d21c0 : stream 1 component 1 STATE-CHANGE 2 -> 5.

Displaying states as strings would make things much easier to understand.
