My computer clicked off wile downloading a spreadsheet from the network. When I rebooted and tried to open LebreOffice 3.4 I got the following fatal error 
This Application cannot be started LibreOffice user installation could not be processed due to missing access rights. Please make sure you have sufficient access rights for the following
C:\users\Tommy\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\3

3.4 Bugs only will be fixed if they still are reproducible with 3.5.
