Description Lars Roland 2005-10-31 14:11:24 UTC
I used to be able to run with 1024x768 on my internal laptop LCD and 1280x1024
on my external monitor using MergedFB. However starting in modular xorg 7.0 RC1,
this is no longer possible. The resolution detection reports that all
resolutions above 1024x768 on my extaernal monitor are unusable.

If I only use the external monitor (i.e. turn MergedFB off) then I am able to
run it at 1280x1024.
