Problem description: 

=sum() function calculation error. 

Current behavior:
See A415 and C415 cells. Result should be same.
I can supply the file where error occurs.

Some values ​​in column A are strings and not numbers, because of the prefix apostrophe. Removing apostrophes gives a correct result.
In AOO 3.4 I get the error #VALUE with the original document, and not the wrong result. It's most clear for user...

Thanks! I was assuming that there is this kind of error somewhere and I tried to change all cells as numbers or as currency fields, but it did not solve.
When I was looking the cells they all looked same.
