If you put a window behind gears, you can click through gears to the window behind it on the very right edge of gears.  Right edge of the X to close doesn't work either.  Somewhat inconsistent, not sure what triggers it.

This problem becomes even more apparent after resizing the gears window.
This patch should fix it, hopefully without side effects.
