Allí, asegúrate de que la casilla Elementos esté marcada (revisa la captura de pantalla que dejé en el comentario siguiente). Al marcarla, el panel de elementos debería volverse visible. Saludos. Possibly not a bug, seems that 'Elements' bar accidentally closed. Procedure on Comment 3 also applicable with Writer. Please change status to RESOLVED NOTABUG if that solution solves the problem.
