95-keymap.rules patch to add support for Lenovo IdeaPad Z570 laptop keyboard

The patch remaps KEY_TOUCHPAD_ON and KEY_TOUCHPAD_OFF to F22 and F23 so that Xorg server and X11 applications could handle them.

Now the kernel driver doesn't generate that key codes, but it will do it after the patch by the following link will be applied: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43268
