Bug detailed description:

Run case clickdot, then fullscreen clickdot, click near the screen edge, there's no reaction and the white line of mouse also can't be drew. 
The attachment image will give you the detail.
  
The issue can be reproduced only under drm. It's normal under X mode.


Reproduce steps:
----------------------------
1. Start weston
2. ./clickdot
3. fullscreen clickdot
4. click along with the screen edge.

We had tried to bisect the first bad commit, but the recent "weston can't be
built" bug blocks us.
So sorry for no providing the first bad commit ID.

Although the white line can be draw at the original gap area, the mouse tag still no update when click at the gap area. Is that normal?

The mouse tag update issue has been settle at westion version: 4ab946886589824e4821f9537c5a0815b09b9f19.
So mark this as RESOLVED AND FIXED.
