Preconditions:
--------------
- Ubuntu is launched in classic mode
- WLD and XDG_RUNTINE_DIR are set
(e.g. $HOME/dev/wayland and XDG_RUNTINE_DIR=~/.xdg)
- weston.ini is edited to set a background image and launch an application from an icon

Setps:
------
1. Run the compositor with command: ./weston
2. Move mouse
3. Launch an application

Actual result:
--------------
2 and 3. Problem of slowness. It is unesable.

Expected result:
----------------
2 and 3. No problem of slowness

Logout, select "Ubuntu Classic (No effects)", login

Bumping the importance down a couple notches for now, until the performance dip is corroborated by more sources.
