A simple pivot table demonstrating the bug

Steps to reproduce:
Create Pivot table with page field.
Set a filter on the page field.
Reset filter to all.

expected behavior: filter reset to all
actual behavior: none
Attached a file demonstrating the problem

By the way, it worked for me in 3.5.4, but I have not tested 3.5.5RC1

Tested on linux 64bit with 3.5.5RC1 and it works (no bug there), however it persists on 3.6beta2

Try the next version after beta 3.  Beta 3 has missed several additional fixes I've put in.
