I would like to request a new project to host open-source NVIDIA Tegra graphics drivers. NVIDIA has sanctioned this and is willing to contribute to the projects hosted on freedesktop.org. Project name: tegra Description: NVIDIA Tegra graphics drivers We want to use the wiki to coordinate the development and may also need file upload for releases. Initially I would like to host a Linux kernel repository with the DRM drivers: Name: linux.git Description: Linux kernel tree for NVIDIA Tegra DRM drivers It would be nice to have a corresponding bugzilla component, with dri-devel@lists.freedesktop.org as default assignee. I have requested an fdo account which can be found here: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51504
Hi, sorry about the looong delay in getting around to responding to this. I've set up the git repo now, so you can commit stuff there. Under what project would you like the bugzilla component? Mesa? For file upload space, just request that when you need it and I'll be happy to set that up.

Great, I've successfully uploaded my branch. However the repository doesn't appear in the listing on cgit.freedesktop.org. It doesn't seem to be listed in the cgit repository list. Does that need manual intervention or is that automatically generated? > Under what project would you like the bugzilla component? Mesa? I guess Product DRI: Component DRM/Tegra would be appropriate. There already are entries for Intel, Radeon and VIA, so Tegra would fit well. Eventually I would like to also host a DDX driver on freedesktop.org, which should better go into a different Product/Component. But there's nothing specific yet, so no need to look into that right away. > For file upload space, just request that when you need it and I'll be happy > to set that up. For the Linux kernel drivers I don't expect any of that to be necessary. For the DDX it might be interesting as the canonical source for release tarballs. But again, that's still in the planning stages so no need to set anything up yet.
created the bz entry, just before its one-year anniversary; i can't fix cgit though.

Seems like everything is done, so closing.
