LibreOffice 3.5.4.2 showing incorrect position data.

Both the GUI interface as well as underlaying structures (as UNO) reports the width and x axes possition incorrectly. Note, y axes and heigh looks correct.

OpenOffice 3.1.1 (Build:9420), Apache OpenOffice 3.4.0 (Build:9590) and Microsoft Office all reads the data correctly.

Could not reproduce. Minimal differences as following:
LO: 
X 0,33 cm
Y 3,15 cm
Width 8,79 cm
Height 3,56 cm

MSO 2010:
hor. 0,32 cm
vert. 3,15 cm
Width 8,82 cm
Height 3,56 cm
